Returns and Cancellations

  We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not happy with a product, please return it to us within 14 days and send to: James Brindley - Returns Department, Grafton House, Hookstone

  Park, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG2 7DB
  Items purchased online or via mail-order cannot be returned to stores.

  Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable 

  and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods. Please use the returns slip provided and send the parcel via a signed for service, please return proof of postage.  

  Please check carefully before returning any item. 

  Please not we can not accept returns or exchanges of personal grooming products, cosmetics or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.
