Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments.

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

DELIVERY CHARGES

£6.95 per address MAINLAND UK ONLY, UP TO 20 KG.

Delivery Service is Monday to Friday only between 7.30am and 9.00pm.

All orders require a signature on delivery.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery, subject to stock being available, orders are usually despatched to arrive with UK customers within 7 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify and advise you of the expected delivery date.

We do not deliver to Mainland Europe, Isle Of Man or Channel Islands.

We can accept no liablilty for any loss or damage ( direct of indirect ) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. Delivery schedules may be extended during peak periods, for example Christmas.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days.

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.0% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

RETURNS POLICY

Non Furniture Items

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete in original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Please take extra care to read any relevant Product Care Information enclosed with your order as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged.

Furniture Items

As the furniture items shown on this website are supplied directly from manufacturers stock, we regret that we will be unable to accept returns for products that are simply 'unwanted' or 'unsuitable'. We try to select and package the products as carefully as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition, however if a product arrives damaged, faulty or with defects we will replace it free of charge, or provide a full refund (as appropriate). In this case, you MUST contact us within 3 working days if a product arrives damaged.

As many products listed on our site are manufactured from natural products (timber, slate, granite, marble, etc.) you must be aware that natural variations and colour and finish must be expected, and are not regarded as faults. These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

 Making Returns

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please:

Complete the returns potion of the invoice (which comes with your order);
Clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back via Postal Service to:

Products we are unable to refund or exchange

* For reasons of hygiene and safety  we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty: personal grooming products, cosmetics, pierced jewellery.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. When returning items please retain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

Please take care to ensure that the returned item is properly sealed and includes the original despatch note or return form.
